Description

Job Objective:
Marketing and supplying various products as may be needed by local kiosks Agents (WASSHA) who have contract with us, including:

(i) Making daily, weekly and marketing plan based on the company sales plan
(ii) Ensuring that target set by the company are met
(iii) Reviewing product price lists and advices management accordingly.
(iv) Ensuring promotion materials are designed and adequate quantity of that same are available, and posted to the appropriate places in the market.
(v) Planing and ensure execution of promotion activities in off grid areas
(vi) Performing regular market research to identify new requirements which will add value to the company.
(vii) Carrying out Inventory audit of our equipment in all kiosks which fall under your jurisdiction and report to the management of any shortfall or discrepancies.
(viii) Exchanging views and find ways to help the Agents raise their monthly sales
(ix) Ensuring all credits from the agents are collected as per the company procedures
(x) Any other duties as may be assigned to you by your supervisor

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
The right candidate should posses a Diploma in marketing or business administration from a recognized institution with not less than two years experience in a competitive environment. Willingness to travel to remote areas (off grid areas) will be an added advantage.
